Hanging out at Dad's house

On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of our vacation in California, we guys settled into a nice routine. We left the house early for breakfast before playing a round of golf, and then headed back to the hacienda to enjoy an afternoon of leisure on the back deck. Dad and Linda always had something tasty planned for dinner. Linda is an amazing cook. She once made tofu taste good. Mad skills.

It is a special time when three generations of Medina men can get together on the golf course...

The firefighters in California must be avid golfers. Rumor has it they fought very hard to save this golf course. As you can see from these pictures, it was a near thing.

Then there was relaxation on the deck with Dad,
I'm not sure what got them dancing, but it was funny.Joshua was very proud of this picture of a praying mantis that he took out back and made me promise to post it on the blog.
Linda's niece, Becky, and her daughter stopped by. She was very cute, even with whatever she ate last all over her mouth. One night (Tuesday I think) Dad and Linda headed into town for their bowling league. Their bowling shirts were so snazzy I had to take a couple of pics.

We had a wonderful time here in Concow with my father and Linda. Thanks to both of you for all you did to make our trip so enjoyable. We love you both. M
